If there’s one thing that’s been consistent in my life the past several years its working out. Life is pretty sneaky sometimes but I’ve learned to get up and sweat my ass off. It amazes me how a little bit of metabolic conditioning mixed with some positive thinking can change your whole demnor, productivity and overall state of happiness!
Soooo just keep truckin and take on each day as it comes….and don’t forget to work out!!!!!
Happy Thursday! The weekend is almost here….yipppeeee! Hope everyone’s week is going wonderful.

Happy Tuesday everyone! I came across this pic above surfing the web this morning and I laughed for a solid 2 minutes! Just had to post!
Today I’m going to share some Spaghetti squash deliciousness! Its super easy and pretty darn cheep.
You will need:
1 spaghetti squash.
Large sharp knife.
First off there is different ways that you can prepare your spaghetti squash but this is what works best for me!
Prick the spaghetti squash all over with a skewer so it will not burst while baking.
Place whole squash in a shallow baking pan
Bake in preheated 375 F oven for 1 hour.
When cool enough to handle, cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise with a serrated knife
Scoop the seeds and fibrous strings from the center of the cooked spaghetti squash.
Gently scrape the tines of a kitchen fork around the edge of the spaghetti squash to shred the pulp into strands.
Add favorite marinara, veggies, meat, pesto, shrimp….as you can see there’s a ton of possibilities! I love making this at the beginning of the week and saving if for a quick meal when I’m on the go. Easy Peasy!!!!
I love LOVE my red sauce but below are a few links for other healthy deliciousness you might enjoy!
Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and Fathers day!!!
