I love Tabata! 20 seconds of intense work followed by 10 seconds of rest. repeated 8 times!
This format works for pretty much everything, but is especially my favorite for abs.
strengthen your entire core!
Full sits up. as many as you can in 20 sec0nds followed by 10 seconds of rest.
repeat 8 times.
keep track of your total reps, so you can see your improvements.
be a bad ass and hit 100 reps total 🙂
