WOD with no end in sight


Pumpkin Spice coffee mmmm…and the countdown to Christmas is on!


About to tackle 3.5 miles, it’s been too long. I’ve been so focused on everything lifting and WOD that I’ve been slacking on some good pace runs.  It’s time to dust off my running shoes!

For total load:

Press 9-7-5 (rest 2:00)

For time:
100 Double Unders
30 Over the Box Jumps 24/20
20 Handstand Push-ups
30 Toes to Bar
20 Burpee Pull-ups 30
V-ups 20
Plate Burpees 25/15
30 Ring Push-ups
20 Knees to Elbows
30 Push-ups
20 Pass Throughs
30 Over the Box Jumps 24/20
100 Double Unders

Speaking of WOD, Last night’s WOD….oh my …..


Since this WOD was untilted I would like to refer to it as the WOD with no end in sight


I finished just under 30 minutes….29:48 and with a few modifications



Wat do you think? I’m In need of weightlifting shoes and could use a suggestion. So far I’m digging on these
