October Training

CrossFit last night was awesome; we had a killer workout set up.

7:00 to establish
Overhead Squat 2RM

“Dianne ladder” AMRAP 7:00
1 Deadlift 275/185
1 Handstand Push-up
2 Deadlift
2 HSPU
etc….

3 rounds for time
7 Back Squats 225/155
400m Run

First time ever on overhead squat! My 2RM was 45pds.

I made it 9 full rounds on Dianne ladder

And my time was 9:02 on back squats and Run #55 pounds

Note to self: on crazy deadlift days wear long pants or high socks!

TRAINING IN OCTOBER
