Paleo Pumpkin Chilli

 Today is Wenesday! half way to the weekend…yipppeeee

 

Leftovers for lunch today, paleo chicken chilli from last night! It was pretty tasty, low sodium, and low-calorie.

Today was CrossFit day number 2 …

We did some warm up exercise on the latter that kicked my butt! After practicing a few cleans we started on our WOD…

For total Reps:

3 rounds: :20 Ground to Overhead  :40 Rest

AMRAP 2:00 Bar Facing Burpee (rest 2:00)

3 rounds: :20 Power Clean :40 Rest

AMRAP 2:00 Bar Facing Burpee (rest 2:00)

3 rounds: :20 Shoulder to Overhead :40 Rest

AMRAP 2:00 Bar Facing Burpee

When I first walked in I was really nervous for the workout, I thought it was gonna beat me into the ground! But once we got started I felt strong all the way through!

I hit 7-9 Reps each time and 17 burpees.

Love getting back to CrossFit, I missed it!
