How do you Roll

Hello Friday!

After my run this morning, I was so excited to make my two ingredient pancake AGAIN! lol

This is most definitely going to become a regular favorite!

This evening Nick and I headed to the CrossFit gym for his baseline, He did so great! 500 meter row/40 fly squats/30 sit ups/20 push ups/ 10 pull-ups =6:20!!! I joined him too and cut off 33 seconds from my previous time!

After CrossFit we were both starving and ready to get some food….

we ended up getting some sushi at how do you roll. Has anyone else been to this place? Seriously delicious! Affordable, fresh, and you can pick everything that goes into your roll! It’s like subway but for sushi! So if you haven’t been there you should absolutely go sometime in the near future 🙂
